P1 LINE STAGE

Audio Phonique P1 is our take on a fully symmetrical line stage fit to work with vast array of amplifiers. Its heart is our proprietary in-house developed discrete Gold Gain Stage (GGS) class A module that combines low output impedance typical for transistor products with high input impedance of tube circuits. Its goal is to keep the even-order harmonics over the odd ones, in particular the 2nd over the 3rd.

Audio Phonique P1’s volume control circuit is based on a ladder of low-noise ThinFilm resistors switched via small-signal relays manufactured specially for audio applications.

Audio Phonique P1 line stage is the key component of Audio Phonique’s full transistor system that can include i.e. its DAC PCM/DSD D/A converter, Phono PH1 phono stage and 300 D stereo power amplifier.
