BACKGROUND

Maciej Lenar – As a child he used to dismantle home appliance products, deeply interested in their internal secrets. His first steps as an electronic engineer he made in his early primary school years, via soldering kits bought by his parents.

PHILOSOPHY

„Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.” – Albert Einstein. We believe that music shouldn’t be changed or improved but left as is, and excess electronics harm it.

R&D TEAM

Audio Phonique’s co-owner and head of its R&D department – Maciej Lenar – is the technical brain responsible for setting trends and managing the project team. He also supervises prototype works, cooperates with subcontractors and handles the final stage in form of critical listening sessions and related product tuning.

MANUFACTURING and QC

All Audio Phonique products are designed and hand-made at our company’s premises. We use surface and through-hole technology, and we work exclusively with subcontractors specialized in parts up to our high quality requirements.

CABLES

Audio cables are no less important to us than sources, amplifiers or speakers. In order to obtain the highest possible efficiency, our silver (6N) and copper (7N) conductors feature a monocrystalline structure and specially selected cross-sections. Only a material that undergoes the slow, time-consuming and costly OCC (Ohno Continuous Casting) process is the basis for us to further work with it.
